Laughter in Devizes and the West
Our laughter club is a chance to laugh your socks off for an hour and enjoy all the mental and physical health benefits of laughter. Laughter Room is based on Laughter Yoga and natural laughter skills to let our inner playfulness.
If you’ve ever had a great laugh and felt fabulous afterwards, it’s because you are mixing yourself a heady cocktail of endorphins, the body’s natural pain-killers and euphoria-inducers, serotonin, known as the happy chemical, and dopamine, to boost your reward centre. Other benefits to laughing include:
